Bill Carnahan Oil Painting Workshops

Bill Carnahan is a Certified Bob Ross instructor and has been teaching the technique for 17 years. You do not have to have any previous art training or classes to be able to be successful in the class. It is done step by step so no one is left behind. Each student will complete their painting.

We will be painting on a 11"x14" stretched canvas. All of the supplies and equipment are provided in the fee. The Fee for the class is 25.00.

Festival aprons will be available, a $12.00 value for only $6.00. In addition, the first 5 people to register on Friday will receive a free apron. (Must attend class.) Classes will be limited to 6 students per class, so register early. Each workshop will be different and the subjects will be different from last year.
